I received some pretty awesome samples from Influenster's #JadoreVoxBox including the most delicious tea I've tasted in a while. Red Rose's Simple Indulgent "Creme Caramel" flavored. The steeping process is when the magical aromas release. The area (my cublical) smelled like warm caramel. I wondered how is a naturally flavored black tea product able to produce the taste and smell of caramel. I am lactose so I can't drink milk in my tea, but I imagine it would only be creamier and more delicious if brewed with warm milk.
At first sip the taste is sweet (but not overwhelming) and tea-like. It really is the after effect that leaves notes of caramel. This is such an indulgent treat that I can imagine cuddling up with a book and big mug.
